* &#x20;Give your new plan a name and create your own timeline. You can also add a description for others to look view

All changes and modifications to ideas can be done in the <mark style="color:blue;">PLAN</mark> toggle view

* **Manage Idea -** Allows users to dive deeper into the idea's strategy alignment, development stages, and associated tasks or initiatives.
* **Share Report -** Create a unique link to share data (optional password feature)
* **Plan & Retro Toggle -** Plan view leads to features for planning and scheduling strategic initiatives as well as changed and modifications. Retro view can be used for retrospective analysis, allowing teams to review past actions, assess their effectiveness, and make informed decisions for future planning.
* **Initiative Timelines -** These timelines provide a visual representation of when specific initiatives within the idea are planned to start and end, offering an overview picture of the project schedule.
